CONSENT FORM FOR DATA PROCESSING

This consent form is issued to inform you of the purposes for which your personal data will be processed and to obtain your explicit consent for the same, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA") and the rules made therein.

1. Information We Will Collect

  • Personal Identity: Name, Date of Birth, Photograph, Video Recording, Voice Recording, Signature/Thumb Impression.
  • Contact Details: Mobile Number, Email ID, Address.
  • Official Documents: Identification details (PAN, Aadhaar), KYC documents.
  • Commercial Data: Financial/Bank Details, Transactional history, sales, service, or incentive-related data.

2. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Onboarding and identity verification of channel partners/mechanics.
  • Managing sales, distribution, and service operations.
  • Administration of schemes, incentives, loyalty, or reward programs.
  • Training, certification, and business communication.
  • Processing financial payments and tax compliance.
  • Compliance with applicable laws, internal auditing, and record-keeping.
  • Creation and use of photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, marketing, awareness, and communication purposes, including use on websites, social media platforms, digital and print materials, and corporate presentations.

3. Data Sharing & Security

The personal data may be used internally by authorized personnel of the Data Fiduciary, shared with group companies, affiliates, authorized service providers, auditors, or regulators strictly on a need-to-know basis. Data may be processed using digital systems, applications, and secure cloud platforms.

All reasonable security safeguards shall be implemented to protect personal data.

Certain personal data is mandatory for onboarding and compliance. Failure to provide such data may result in inability to onboard, process payments, or extend benefits.

4. Rights Available to You

Under the DPDPA, you have the following rights:

  • Access information about the personal data being processed.
  • Request correction or erasure of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Seek grievance redressal regarding data processing.
  • Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

5. Data Retention

Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required under applicable laws. Thereafter, the data shall be securely deleted or anonymized.
